Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, functionality will pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Enterprise plans can optionally include annual contracts with a discount.
What counts as an agent run?
An agent run is one execution of an agent, from trigger to a terminal state, regardless of how many states or steps it passes through. Your plan includes a monthly agent-run allowance and a number of seats; model tokens are billed by your own provider (bring your own key).
